1. Acceptance

By using Shopy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the service does

Shopy manages digital loyalty cards. You can store and organise cards and display their barcode on your device.

3. Accounts

No account is needed for the card features. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping it secure and for the accuracy of what you enter.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Shopy and its content belong to VisionLab GmbH & Co. KG. Merchant logos and brand names belong to their respective owners.

6. Liability

Shopy is provided as is. We are liable for damages arising from use of the app only to the extent required by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app counts as acceptance of the updated version.
